Soft Light of Luskentyre

From the large dunes above Luskentyre Beach, looking north to the Harris Hills (Forest of Harris). Approaching sunset, I waited here for some time with the sun obscured behind a large band of hazy cloud but I could see a small gap between the cloud and the horizon, which I knew it could appear in. This eventually and briefly happened, and the resultant quality of light was absolutely sublime, casting a golden hue onto the landscape, as well as gently tinging the clouds opposite with lilac tones.
